Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to customer and store specifications

Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and product quality

Properly label, rotate, and store products to ensure freshness

Assist customers with product recommendations and special requests

Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines

Support daily department operations and inventory management

Previous butcher or meat cutting experience required

Knowledge of meat cuts, trimming techniques, and food safety practices

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused

Ability to lift heavy products and work in refrigerated environments

Flexible availability preferred

Meat Cutting certification is a plus
