Key Responsibilities
Deliver structured, hands-on training programs on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
Train learners on real-world business scenarios, implementation strategies, and industry best practices.
Guide participants through Marketing Cloud modules such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Customer Data Management.
Provide expertise on Revenue Cloud concepts including CPQ, Product Configuration, Pricing, Quoting, Contracts, Billing, and Revenue Lifecycle Management.
Mentor learners, review projects, and support career readiness.
Ideal Candidate
5+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce.
Strong expertise in Marketing Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud implementations.
Previous training, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Passion for teaching and helping learners succeed.
