Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer specializing in Large Format Printing and Sign Production to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming concepts into visually compelling signage while ensuring every project is technically accurate and production-ready. You will create detailed customer proofs, shop drawings, and submittal packages for a wide range of projects, including vehicle graphics, interior and exterior signage, small-scale signs, and large commercial signage.
This position combines creative design with hands-on production responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys seeing projects through from concept to completion. In addition to developing artwork and technical drawings, you will prepare files for production, operate large-format printers and vinyl plotters, and assist with sign fabrication and assembly as needed.

Responsibilities
- Create detailed customer proofs for a wide variety of sign and graphics projects.
- Develop professional shop drawings and submittal packages for commercial sign projects.
- Vehicle graphics and wraps
- Interior and exterior signage
- Small-scale signs and graphics
- Large commercial sign projects
- Prepare production-ready files and ensure accuracy of dimensions, specifications, and branding requirements.
- Operate large-format printers, laminators, and vinyl plotters.
- Conduct quality checks on printed and finished products.
- Assist with the production and assembly of signage as workload requires.
- Collaborate with project managers, sales staff, and production team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to customer specifications.
- Maintain organized project files and production records.
Qualifications
- Experience creating technical drawings, shop drawings, or construction submittals preferred.
- Knowledge of large-format printing, vinyl cutting, and sign production processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to accurately interpret customer requirements, specifications, and architectural drawings.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in the sign industry is preferred but not required for candidates with strong graphic design and production skills.
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
