Join the Brighter Journeys team of clinicians! We have immediate employment opportunities for RBTs providing behavior analysis in-clinic services at our Southwest Orlando/Dr Phillips location. Monday thru Friday full time availability in our clinic.
Located in Southwest Orlando, we currently provide in-clinic with occasional in-home behavior analysis services in Orange County.
RBT job responsibilities include:
Full time salary and part time available. Hourly positions $20-$24.
Conduct one-on-one therapy and small group therapy with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Collect and provide data for treatment plans. Assist with parent training. Collaborate with clients, parents, teachers, and all involved with treatment to ensure continuity of care. Participate in discussions with other team members to review current progress of clients. Keep continual and accurate progress notes and logs of service. A positive attitude combined with a good work ethic and a reliable vehicle are required. Level 2 background screening also necessary. Help make the journey of our consumers a brighter one!
