About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Night Shift Inbound QC / Floor Coordinator to join our team and support daily warehouse operations with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
Hourly Rate
$22.00 - $23.00 depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Taking photos before and after each container unloading
- Recording container number, dock door, start time, and final pallet count
- Checking pallet count during unloading
- Identifying and documenting damages, oversized cargo, mixed cargo, label issues, and other exceptions
- Measuring cargo dimensions on site when needed
- Providing unloading and exception information to the data clerk
- Making sure unloaded pallets are placed in the correct area
- Labeling or separating remaining pallets after loading
- Organizing empty pallets and damaged pallets
- Moving pending or exception items to the Hold area
- Helping clean up the floor before the end of the shift
- Reporting unfinished tasks to the night shift supervisor
- Assisting with the night shift handoff sheet
Experience & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in logistics or business preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or 3PL industry preferred.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Excel, and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Team-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Work Schedule:
- Full-time; 4:00pm – 12:30am, Sundays if needed
- Weekend or overtime availability may be required depending on volume
Payroll
Onboard with partnered Agency for payroll, after 3 months eval and good KPI will have opportunity to be onboarded with company
