We're hiring a Management Trainee to learn every aspect of our AT&T retail operations while developing the leadership skills needed to manage a successful team. You'll gain hands-on experience working directly with customers, supporting retail sales initiatives, learning daily business operations, and assisting with team development. This is a structured growth opportunity with training, mentorship, and a defined path toward leadership.
What You'll Do
- Represent AT&T while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Support daily retail operations and assist with team management.
- Assist with coaching and motivating team members.
- Help with onboarding and training new employees.
- Learn scheduling, reporting, inventory awareness, and other operational responsibilities.
- Collaborate with leadership to achieve individual and team goals.
- Participate in ongoing management training and professional development.
