Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Subcontractor/Warranty Call Back Manager to oversee and coordinate all subcontractor call back requests. This role is responsible for managing service issues, dispatching subcontractors for warranty or correction work, and ensuring all call backs are completed quickly, professionally, and to company standards.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience working with subcontractors or service teams, and the ability to manage multiple service requests efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track all subcontractor call back requests from initiation to completion
- Communicate with homeowners, clients, and internal staff regarding service issues
- Dispatch subcontractors to address warranty repairs, corrections, or service work
- Monitor completion timelines and ensure subcontractors meet company service standards
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reporting
- Follow up with clients to confirm resolution and satisfaction
- Identify recurring issues and coordinate with operations teams to prevent future call backs
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and service agreements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in construction, property management, service coordination, or subcontractor management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with scheduling software, CRM systems, or service management platforms preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of construction trades or warranty service processes is a plus
