Porter+Craig Film and Media Distribution is seeking a smart, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant Intern to support our CEO in a fast-paced, high-level environment. This is a hands-on apprenticeship-style opportunity — not your average internship.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist the CEO with day-to-day operations: managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and organizing communications
- Follow up on emails, messages, and scheduling with filmmakers, producers, and industry executives
- Prepare documents, update client records, and support light reporting or delivery tracking
- Help manage content calendars, basic social media (posting, captioning, tagging), and press outreach
- Coordinate and file documents using Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and Adobe tools
- Join in on marketing efforts, industry events, and distribution campaigns

Ideal Candidate

- Exceptionally organized and great at follow-through
- Professional with emails, messages, and client communication
- Familiar with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat or Creative Suite (or eager to learn)
- Can juggle multiple tasks, is proactive, and values discretion
- Remote okay – but must be responsive and engaged
Compensation
