EDU Healthcare is hiring a school-based RN to work PRN with our district partners in the Dutchess County, NY area this school year. - Assess, monitor, and manage students with chronic health conditions
- Administer first aid, medications, and emergency care when needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records for students
- Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, as well as district health policies
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding students’ health concerns, treatments, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and staff to support student wellness and academic success
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Pediatric or school nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to children’s well-being
