Franklin Loan Center, a trusted name in mortgage lending since 1989, seeks an experienced Residential Mortgage Loan DOC Drawer & Funder with specific knowledge of California DOC & Funding procedures to include loans on leased land in CA. If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Residential Mortgage DOC Drawer & Funder, with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational and follow-up skills, and are proficient in Excel and a Microsoft Office Suite and Ellie Mae Encompass environment, we encourage you to apply!
Mortgage Documents Drawer & Funder Responsibilities:
- Reviews loan files for compliance, accuracy and completeness.
- Ensures any missing documentation has been provide, satisfied and compliant before funding.
- Reviews and balances final settlement statement, cost and closing disclosures.
- Draws, reviews and signs loan documents.
- Requests and releases funds from warehouse.
- Works closely with Escrow/Title, Processing, Shipping/Post Closing teams to ensure loan is delivered in a saleable position.
Mortgage Documents Drawer & Funder Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Residential Mortgage Loan Doc Drawer & Funder role for a minimum of 3 years.
- Proficiency with MS Windows Office 365 software and Ellie Mae Encompass is a must.
- Strong records and organizational skills with confidential and time-sensitive materials. High attention to detail with excellent follow-up skills.
- Analytical skills with regulatory knowledge for disclosures sent to residential borrowers such as notes, deeds, closing disclosures, etc.
- Familiarity with multiple Investor requirements, products and guidelines, TRID and TILE/RESPA regulations, ATR/QM.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, Pacific Time.
