American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery (L&D) position in Oklahoma City, OK, requiring at least 2 years of labor experience at a high-volume delivery hospital and current C-EFM and NRP certifications.

Labor & Birth unit in a hospital setting with 15 labor beds, 7 antepartum beds, and 4 pre/post beds

Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

13-week contract

Patient ratios of 1:1 or 2:1
-
External fetal monitoring equipment used
-
EMR: Epic (experience required)
-
No on-call requirements
-
Weekend hours as required by the facility

Floating may be required to the postpartum unit

Active OK RN license or valid Compact RN license required

Required certifications: BLS, C-EFM, and NRP
-
Minimum 2 years of labor & delivery experience at a hospital performing 350–400 deliveries per month

Valid U.S. Social Security Number required

No gaps in employment of 90+ days within the past 12 months
-
No expiring certifications within the first 30 days of the assignment (unless renewal documentation is provided)

Preferred certifications include ACLS and PALS
-
Black scrubs required

RTO of up to 5 days is allowed but must be made up during the assignment

Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but subject to a reduced bill rate
-
Local candidates within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before a 1-year separation or transfer outside the radius is required
