Evening shift position (3pm - 11pm), weekends included
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
Responsible for ensuring customer service, that all Hotel and Pool areas are kept clean.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
- Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.
- Basic functions are to assist in hotel cleanliness in common areas and overall customer service.
- Removal and disposal of trash from common areas.
- Clean and check swimming pool, gym, and bathrooms.
- Clean hotel lobby, hotel halls; walls; empty trash cans; clean front entrance of hotel, vacuum administrative offices.
- Clean elevators, stairwells, empty trash cans behind front desk and administrative offices.
- Assist Sales and Food and Beverage departments with clean up/breakdowns after events.
- Assist with delivery of guest amenities to rooms.
- Assist with deep cleaning after major room renovations or repair work
- Assist housekeeping staff in restocking all floors with supplies, towels, cleaning supplies and sheets.
- Assist housekeeping staff in restocking carts with all supplies during the day.
- All other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED preferred.
