Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) and provide companionship
- Support medication administration, maintain MAR, and ensure med cart compliance
- Monitor resident condition, complete vitals, and report changes or incidents
- Coordinate with physicians, hospice, pharmacy, and care partners
- Order, track, and manage medications and supplies
- Support admissions, appointments, labs, and care transitions
- Assist with training, infection control practices, and maintaining a safe environment

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
