What You'll Do
- Provide clinical supervision, training, and ongoing feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Conduct comprehensive assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland, AFLS)
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families through caregiver training and regular progress meetings
- Analyze data and adjust programming to ensure clinically meaningful progress
- Develop, implement and continuously monitor individualized ABA programs to ensure clients make measurable progress
What You Bring
- Current BCBA certification
- Current LBA certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience supervising RBTs and working with children diagnosed with autism
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with CentralReach (CR) platform
- Preferably bilingual English/Spanish

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
