We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our food service area. Duties
- Operate the Square POS system efficiently to process customer orders and payments.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items are prepared according to health and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the food preparation and service areas.
- Buss tables promptly and efficiently to ensure a clean dining environment for guests.
- Follow all food handling procedures to guarantee the safety and quality of food served.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a quick service fast food restaurant, is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Strong cash handling skills are necessary for this position.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating strong communication skills.
