Now Hiring – Event Setup Technician Bouncin' Budz Inflatables LLC is looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our growing team! Job Responsibilities: - Deliver, set up, and safely secure inflatable rentals at customer locations. - Tear down, clean, inspect, and properly store inflatables after each event. - Set up and take down tents, tables, chairs, dunk tanks, concession equipment, and other party rental items. - Load and unload trailers while ensuring equipment is handled with care. - Perform routine cleaning and maintenance to keep all equipment looking its best. - Provide friendly, professional customer service while representing the Bouncin' Budz brand. - Follow all safety procedures to ensure every rental is set up correctly and safely. Job Requirements: - Punctuality is a MUST. Being on time to work and job sites is one of the most important parts of this position. - Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to and from work. - Must be able to pass a background check. - Must maintain a clean, professional appearance. - Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions. - Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and be willing to work as part of a team. - Weekend availability is required, as weekends are our busiest time of year.
