What You'll Do
- Welcome every customer with a friendly attitude.
- Build genuine relationships and help customers find the right sneakers, apparel, and accessories.
- Stay knowledgeable on current sneaker releases, brands, and trends.
- Recommend additional products that complement each customer's purchase.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Process purchases accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Help receive inventory, restock merchandise, and maintain an organized stockroom.
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience every shift.
What We're Looking For
