Under the general supervision of the Director of Custodial Services, this position is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, functional, and attractive school environment. Duties include inspecting building systems; performing routine cleaning, floor care, groundskeeping, snow and ice removal, and minor repairs; maintaining custodial supplies; ensuring exits and safety systems are operational; assisting with event setup and furniture or equipment moves; and properly managing waste. The position also reports property damage and needed major repairs, supports the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of district facilities, complies with applicable safety procedures and regulations, and performs other duties as assigned.
