Hiring: Pre-Construction Manager | Major Projects ($200M–$600M)
I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager on behalf of a leading commercial general contractor to spearhead mega-project bids across luxury hospitality and large-scale commercial developments.
This role reports directly to the VP of Pre-Construction and leads overall budgeting, scheduling, and design-assist delivery from early conceptual phases right through to final GMP and contract handover.

- Compensation: $140,000 – $200,000 base salary
- Location: Miami, FL (with regional/Caribbean project exposure) DOC
- Project Portfolio: Luxury hospitality & complex developments valued at $200M – $600M DOC
- Key Requirements: 10+ years in construction (5+ years leading preconstruction bids), experience managing multi-stakeholder environments, familiarity with Caribbean/island logistical constraints, and expertise in self-perform pricing models.
Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
