- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to guarantee guest safety
- Develop menus in collaboration with culinary staff, incorporating dietary considerations and current food trends
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability while maintaining quality
- Lead shift management activities, including scheduling staff, overseeing service flow, and resolving customer concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within the food industry, including restaurant or hospitality settings
- Extensive knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, and food preparation standards
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising diverse teams in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally
