Starting pay of $18/hour or higher based on experience

Diagnose and complete routine and moderately complex repairs across building systems
-
Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
-
Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled inspections
-
Maintain the appearance and functionality of buildings, grounds, and common areas
-
Complete apartment turnovers within established timelines
-
Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance issues
-
Assist with vendor and contractor coordination as needed
-
Maintain accurate work order documentation using mobile maintenance software
-
Follow all safety procedures, OSHA requirements, and company policies
-
At least 1 years of maintenance experience
-
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
-
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
-
Excellent customer service and communication skills
-
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-
Trade training or certifications preferred
