Position Overview:
Oasis Scientific is looking for a Warehouse and Customer Service Assistant for our company here in our Taylors, SC office. This is an entry level position that is perfect for a motivated candidate willing to learn and cultivate new skills while assisting with the daily organizing, testing products, packing, and shipping. A leading candidate will be willing to complete daily manual tasks while assisting team members with various projects and duties in customer service and Managing product repair returns, including customer communication and accurate recordkeeping. A minimum of a Bachelors or Associates Degree is required for consideration. Although this is an entry level position, some related experience will be a plus. Local candidates who live within proximity to Upstate, South Carolina will be considered.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required
Prior experience in a related field is a plus, but not mandatory
Must be local to the Taylors, SC area

Job type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time: 8:30 to 5:30, Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities:
●Pick, pack and ship orders
● Inspect products for quality and defects
● Warehouse inventory control & management
●Handle and Manage Product Repair Returns
●Maintain organized records of customer interactions, repair statuses, and documentation.
● Assist in customer service customers with order questions and concerns, offering prompt assistance and issue resolution by phone and email when required.
● Adhere to workplace health & safety rules

● The ability to carry and transport objects up to 50 pounds without issue
● Self-motivating without constant supervision
● Reliable transportation to and from work everyday

Preferred Qualifications:
● Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) experience
● Associate or Bachelor's degree
