Benefits & Compensation
We believe in taking care of the team that takes care of our clients. The following benefits are available after 90 days of employment:
- Generous PTO: 2 weeks of paid time off in your first year
- Health & Wellness: Up to $12K in health insurance reimbursement per year, plus available Dental & Vision insurance
- Supplemental Insurance: Short-term disability, hospital gap, accident
- Retirement: Simple IRA available after 90 days (with a 3% match after 2 years)
- Additional Compensation: Bonuses for above-and-beyond performance and earning opportunities for new business that you bring in (10% of the collected fee)
Schedule
Offering a work-life balance is important to us, which is why we close earlier than most firms.
Monday-Thursday, 9 am-4 pm
Friday, 9 am-2 pm
Qualifications
Our ideal candidate understands the importance of being reliable and available to our clients, plus s/he should have the following qualifications:
- Licensure: Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience in Estate Planning
- Community Reputation: An excellent reputation in Northeast Florida’s legal community.
- Client Centric: A genuine care for clients and a desire to deliver an empathetic, top-tier experience every time.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse personalities and authorities.
- Collaborative Spirit: A team player who treats everyone – from clients to colleagues to staff – with the highest level of respect and who is eager to learn and grow alongside the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of estate planning matters, from intake to execution
- Collaborate closely with paralegals, legal assistants, and leadership to ensure seamless case management and client satisfaction
- Analyze case-specific legal issues and documents
- Be able to explain complex legal concepts and recommend tailored strategies
- Build relationships with existing and future clients
- Regularly meet with clients and conduct consultations to identify goals
- Be a leader and help guide paralegals and legal assistants
- Monthly case reviews (or more frequent, when needed)
- Handle decision-making independently

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
