Responsibilities
- Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards.
- Assist with collecting dishes as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage food handling procedures and uphold hygiene protocols.
- Follow all safety guidelines related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and equipment use.
Experience
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Familiarity with basic kitchen operations including bussing, food preparation, or cooking is advantageous.
Times: 9-3:30 Tuesday- Sunday
Pay: $20.00 per hour
