Key Responsibilities

Inter Trade Synchronization: Partner closely with Project Managers, consulting engineers, municipal inspectors, and other specialty trade leads to streamline jobsite workflows and eliminate logistics bottlenecks.
- Real Time Troubleshooting: Apply advanced diagnostic capabilities to isolate and resolve complex structural or wiring system faults in real time, mitigating project downtime.
- Field Administration: Maintain precise digital daily logs, track material staging requests, and oversee essential safety documentation and field update reporting using company platforms.
What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)
Required

State Licensure: An active Journeyman Electrician License issued by the State of Utah is strictly required.
- Field Leadership Tenure: Proven, referenceable experience serving as a Foreman, Lead Wireman, or Field Superintendent on active commercial or complex construction builds.
- Project Management Skills: Demonstrated capability to interpret structural documents, manage jobsite safety dynamics, and direct field mechanics effectively.
- Communication Mastery: Strong interpersonal skills necessary to bridge communication loops between executive offices, field craftworkers, and general contractors.
