Position: Finance Manager (F&I)

We are looking for an experienced, personable, and trustworthy Finance Manager to join our automotive team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive finance and insurance, understands the dealership sales process, and knows how to build lasting relationships with customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
We are seeking a leader, not simply someone who can close deals. The right candidate will be confident working with customers and sales staff, able to coach and motivate a team, and committed to creating an exceptional customer experience.

Manage the complete F&I process from vehicle sale through delivery.

Present financing, leasing, warranties, protection products, and other F&I products to customers.

Work closely with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive financing.

Maintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring transparency and professionalism.

Ensure all deals are accurate, compliant, and completed efficiently.

Work closely with the Sales Department to improve deal flow and overall dealership performance.

Train, mentor, and lead sales and finance team members when needed.

Monitor and improve F&I performance, including gross profit, product penetration, and lender relationships.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and dealership policies.

Deliver a professional, trustworthy, and customerfocused buying experience.

5+ years of automotive finance/F&I experience preferred.

Proven success in an automotive dealership environment.

Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending, and F&I products.

Experience with Tekion is strongly preferred.
