Job Summary

Duties
- Greet prospective tenants warmly, providing comprehensive tours of available properties and highlighting key features
- Assist applicants through the leasing process, including application submission, screening, and approval procedures
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, tenant communications, and property availability using property management software
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and ensure all leasing practices are compliant with applicable laws
- Collaborate with property management staff to coordinate maintenance requests, move-in/move-out inspections, and lease renewals
Skills
- Excellent marketing abilities to effectively promote properties and attract qualified tenants
- Exceptional customer service skills to build rapport and ensure tenant satisfaction from first contact onward
- Knowledge of sales techniques combined with a proactive approach to outreach and engagement
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and property management best practices
- Outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey information and foster positive relationships
- Organizational skills to manage multiple leasing processes efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in real estate administration or property management is highly desirable
- Knowledge of Yardi is a plus
