The Sr. Retail Operations Manager at Tucson International Airport provides operational support and oversight for retail operations, serving as a critical link between Shift Managers and Multi-Unit Management. This role ensures consistent execution of operational standards, drives staff development, and maintains accountability for performance metrics while facilitating communication between front-line management and senior leadership.
Oversee daily inventory processes, vendor coordination, equipment maintenance, and compliance with receiving and processing procedures.
Maintain proficiency in retail management systems (e.g., MIV, Crunch Time, Kronos); embrace new technology and train staff on system usage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field may substitute for 2 years of experience.
Proficiency in retail technology platforms including POS systems, inventory management software, scheduling systems, and reporting tools.
Ability to analyze KPIs such as sales per square foot, inventory turnover, shrink rates, and customer conversion metrics.
