Position Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and organized team member to join our catering crew. In this role, you’ll set up our drop-off style events and represent Island Time Catering to our individual and corporate clients—delivering orders, setting up buffets, and ensuring everything looks great and runs smoothly before the party starts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport catering orders to local venues, offices, homes, or event spaces
- Set up buffet displays using chafers, platters, and decor (following Island Time presentation standards)
- Review orders for accuracy and completeness before delivery
- Communicate with clients on-site to ensure satisfaction with setup
- Maintain a clean vehicle and organize delivery equipment
- Represent Island Time Catering in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and move equipment as needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Prior catering or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required!
