Sales Associate
Job Summary:
Midwest Lubricants, a division of Rainbo Oil, is looking for a highly customer-centric sales associate to join our team. You will be responsible for checking on current customer needs on the sales routes in the Remsen and surrounding area along with contacting new potential customers. You will be a direct support to our customer and team. You will build strong and positive working relationships with your customers and maintain a highly motivated and driven mentality. You will be an ambassador of our company, becoming a trusted face to our customers while adhering to our company core values and policies.
Job Responsibilities:

Drive company vehicle on designated routes to sell products

Track customer inventory for correct delivery

Provide effective customer service to assist in issues concerning Midwest Lubricant customers

Complete end of the day administrative tasks including turning in current day sales and preparing for next day's route

Actively drive customer retention and increase route revenue by expanding customer relationships

Provide excellent customer service during product delivery

Communicate with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions

Upsell additional products to customers

Maintain accurate records of sales, delivery, and inventory
Job Requirements:

1-2 years sales experience preferred.

Self-motivated and driven for personal and company success.

Strong organizational skills.

Strong verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
