We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant who shares our passion for women’s health and quality care.
Position Summary:The Medical Assistant will support providers and clinical staff in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced OBGYN environment. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for examination, including obtaining vital signs and medical history
- Assist physicians with exams and in-office procedures
- Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and basic lab testing as needed
- Administer injections and medications under provider direction
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Coordinate patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations
- Provide patient education and instructions as directed by providers
- Clean and prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies
- Support front office duties as needed, including scheduling and patient communication
REQUIRED Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 year of clinical experience (OBGYN experience strongly preferred)
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Athena Health experience strongly preferred)
- Bilingual (spanish and english)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
