Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Maintenance Director to oversee maintenance and housekeeping. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical HVAC and refrigeration, plumbing, electrical and appliances
Responsibilities
- Service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and conduct electrical diagnostics to identify faults.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints to accurately diagnose issues and perform repairs.
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to enhance system longevity and efficiency.
- Manual Labor as needed for Club repairs.
- Appliance and refrigeration repair.
- Electrical and Plumbing maintenance
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
