If you love to work behind the scenes, are task driven and would enjoy assisting in patient scheduling, look no further! This role allows you to assist in many aspects of operations from fulfilling orders, to completing inventory. This role helps to ensure our patient's experiences are seamless.
Job Summary:
- Part Time (approximately 24)
- Monday - Friday
- No Weekends / No Nights / No Major Holidays
Job Duties include:
- Assist with inventory
- Assist with product shipping process and work to improve efficiency
- Daily assisting in scheduling patients, patient check-in, & check-out's, and reminder calls/messages
- Assist with administrative duties including paperwork, filing and other duties as assigned
- Answer phones and patient text messages
Job Requirements:
Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
- College Degree (preferred)
Experience
- Customer Service (preferred)
- Medical Clinic (preferred)
- Scheduling Experience (preferred)
Skills
