Job Overview: Seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Analyst to support daily office operations while assisting with reporting, data analysis, and operational processes across multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong organizational skills, and can identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. This position requires someone who can handle administrative responsibilities while also analyzing sales reports, inventory data, and operational information to support business decisions.
Administrative Support
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Maintain organized filing systems, records, and internal documentation
- Assist department managers with administrative tasks and daily operational needs
Office Operations
- Create and maintain product drop lists and operational tracking documents
- Assist with new customer onboarding,
- Update website assets and operational material as needed
- Assist with preparing materials and data for sales meetings
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Review and analyze customer credit reports to identify discrepancies, trends, and required adjustments
- Review sales data and reporting to identify opportunities, concerns, and performance trends
- Confirm pricing, discounts, taxes, and invoice accuracy
- Monitor client menus and online platforms to identify aging inventory, pricing concerns, or missing information
- Review inventory data across multiple stores, summarize areas of concern for management, and assist in finding solutions.
- Use/create customer CRM to track store preferences.
- Assist management with data driven decision making
Inventory & Order Processing
- Support order processing and documentation
- Invoice all sales following specific instruction from management
- Update sku’s, pricing, and new customers as needed.
- Review client's inventory and assist with confirming whom needs product.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors and inconsistencies
- Ability to analyze reports, organize data, and clearly communicate findings
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Two or more years of experience with inventory management and data analysis
- Experience with QuickBooks, LeafLink, and METRC software preferred
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
