Greater Richmond Dentistry is a well-established private practice with patients who have trusted this office with their dental care for more than 45 years. As our practice continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Dental Assistant to join our exceptional team.

Compensation
$24.00–$29.00 per hour & Success Bonus
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

What You'll Do
- Assist the doctor during a wide range of general dental procedures
- Capture digital radiographs, intraoral photographs, and iTero® scans
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Educate and support patients throughout their visit
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Follow OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, and Virginia Board of Dentistry standards
- Help create an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in a private general dentistry practice
- Registered Dental Assistant preferred
- Virginia radiography certification
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail
