Pay: $17.00 to $20.46 per hour

Crystal Clean Green Cleaning is hiring full time residential house cleaners for consistent weekday work in Sarasota and nearby communities.
This is a W2 employee position, not independent contractor or gig work. You will receive paid training, weekly pay, company provided cleaning supplies, and the support of an established local team.
No professional cleaning experience is required.

You will know what is expected, receive the training needed to succeed, and never be sent into a client’s home without guidance.
What You Will Do
- Clean recurring residential homes using Crystal Clean’s defined system and checklists
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and floors
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and complete general home cleaning tasks
- Use non toxic, eco-conscious cleaning products and professional equipment
- Work independently or alongside another team member
- Treat every client, home, and personal belonging with care and respect
This is active, physical work. You will be moving throughout the day and should be comfortable standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, and lifting cleaning supplies and equipment.
Who Does Well Here
You do not need previous house cleaning or housekeeping experience. We are looking for someone who is:
- Dependable and punctual
- Available to work weekdays consistently
- Comfortable performing active physical work
- Able to lift approximately 25 to 30 pounds
- Willing to learn and follow an established cleaning system
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality
- Respectful of clients’ homes, belongings, and privacy
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Able to travel between client homes during the workday
Reliability matters more to us than having years of cleaning experience. We can teach our system. We need someone who shows up, communicates, takes pride in their work, and wants to do the job correctly.
