As an Assistant Manager at Jolt, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have the best experience possible. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

Leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Assisting in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Managing inventory and ensuring product quality and availability.
- Supporting the Manager in staff training and development.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with a friendly, solutions-oriented approach.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.

At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.
