Training Coordinator - 1st Shift
We are searching for an experienced Training Coordinator - 1st Shift at our Feasterville facility.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Position Summary:
- Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the training and development functions.
Primary Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
- Work with new hires week one of onboarding to understand the overview of job breakdowns.
- Complete necessary week one onboarding of new hires in LEAP to include policies and safety.
- Update session rosters from Supervisors to show employee completion of live training sessions.
- Maintains a consolidated calendar of training courses or events and coordinates the use of facilities or equipment.
- Working on scheduling time for employees with Supervisors to complete necessary training.
- Works with subject matter experts (SMEs) on updated to TWI breakdowns.
- Notifies attendees of training sessions, registers participants, and maintains records.
- Works with Org Development on changes needed in LEAP for curriculums.
- Answers questions about training course regarding TWI training, assists with observations that supervisors might have questions on

Education:
- High school Diploma or GED
Experience:
- Minimum experience required

- Demonstrated ability to follow through on details and enter data into computers systems quickly and accurately

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
