Taylor Farms LLC is seeking experienced, dependable Class B Drivers with Tanker Endorsement for local routes based in Inwood, WV.
We are a growing, family-owned operation known for reliability, professionalism, and strong customer relationships across the region. This is a hands-on CDL driving position for drivers who take pride in operating quality equipment and delivering consistent service.
This is local trucking — you are home every night. (ELD Exempt)
Position Overview
As a CDL Tanker Driver, you will operate commercial trucks transporting:
- Pool water (water hauling) Industrial Sites
This is not just a driving role. Drivers are responsible for safe vehicle operation, hose and equipment management, load handling, and accurate documentation.
Our schedule reflects the trucking industry and the demand for water — when customers need us, we respond. However, this is not an over-the-road position. You return home daily.
Seasonal CDL Drivers have the opportunity to earn top-tier income for the local market, based on experience, workload, and performance.

Class B, Seasonal, and Part-Time drivers receive competitive compensation based on experience and schedule. March - October
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class B commercial trucks
- Perform DOT-compliant pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Represent Taylor Farms professionally at job sites
- Follow all FMCSA and DOT regulations
This role requires drivers who are comfortable staying active throughout the day and working outdoors in varying conditions.
Requirements
- Valid Class B CDL License
- Tanker Endorsement Required
- Minimum 3 years of recent, verifiable CDL driving experience
- Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT standards
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Technology & Communication Expectations
- Comfortable communicating via text message throughout the workday
- Ability to use GPS navigation (Google Maps or similar)
- Experience using scheduling or dispatch software (such as Jobber)
- Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to receive jobs, update status, and complete digital documentation
Familiarity with roads in this region is a plus.
