Position Summary
The Accounting Manager will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of Art Expressions while helping modernize and streamline our accounting processes. This role is ideal for someone with extensive QuickBooks Online experience who enjoys identifying opportunities for automation, creating efficient workflows, implementing scalable systems, and improving financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
· Oversee accounting operations including A/R, A/P, cash management, payroll review, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
· Develop and maintain project budgets while collaborating with project managers and designers.
· Manage HR administration, onboarding, compliance, and Paychex Flock processes.
· Prepare forecasting, annual budgets, KPI reporting, and management reports.
· Supervise accounting staff and support vendor registrations and insurance requests.
· Develop, improve, and document accounting systems, workflows, and procedures.
· Manage accounting for affiliated real estate entities.
· Recommend and implement technology and process improvements as the company grows.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
· 5+ years of accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
· Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
· Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
· Experience improving systems and implementing scalable accounting processes.
Salary: $70,000–$85,000
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
