Pay Range: $24.45 - $33.00/hour
Medical Social Worker Opportunity:
- Full-time, permanent, direct-hire role

- Schedule: Monday - Friday with every other weekend on-call
- Medical Social Worker will be responsible for working in two different settings, home health and hospice care
Medical Social Worker Qualifications:
- Must be a LCSW or LMSW
- Must possess BLS certification or able to obtain prior to hire
