Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution to ensure satisfaction
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new services or products
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when necessary
- Support client services by coordinating appointments, scheduling follow-ups, and managing customer requests efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share insights for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Multilingual abilities are highly preferred; bilingual candidates fluent in English plus another language will stand out
- Previous call center experience or customer support roles is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for data entry and communication tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Demonstrated sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or promote products/services effectively
- Technical proficiency in using CRM systems or other customer management software is a plus
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic typing tasks efficiently
- Analysis skills for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
