Duties
- Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans following food safety sanitizing procedures to prevent contamination.
- Assist servers by bussing tables promptly, clearing plates, glasses, and silverware to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Support the kitchen team with food handling tasks, including basic food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in food prep areas.
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, bulk supplies, or equipment safely and correctly.
- Follow strict food safety management protocols to ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of all restaurant areas including floors, counters, storage spaces, and dishwashing stations through regular cleaning routines.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health regulations.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude; ability to work efficiently under pressure in busy settings.
