About Us
J.G. Leone Enterprises, Inc. is a heavy civil construction contractor specializing in underground utilities, site development, concrete structures, roadway construction, and municipal infrastructure throughout Metro Atlanta and North Georgia. We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and technology-driven Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team.
Position Summary
This is not a typical administrative position. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities change daily. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, technologically savvy, and comfortable managing confidential information while supporting multiple executives with both professional and personal responsibilities.
This position plays a critical role in keeping our executive team and office running efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the executive leadership team.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist executives with both professional and personal administrative tasks.
- Handle confidential and sensitive company information with the highest level of discretion.
- Support day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
- Assist with accounting tasks, including QuickBooks data entry, invoicing, vendor management, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate documents, contracts, correspondence, and project files.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.
- Answer phones and professionally communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and government agencies.
- Help coordinate purchasing, office supplies, and general office needs.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by executive management.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and support multiple departments as business needs evolve.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant or Office Administration experience preferred.
- Strong QuickBooks experience is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint preferred).
- Excellent computer and technology skills with the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Pay: $25.18 - $30.32 per hour
