Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant nightclub setting. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering top-notch service, managing orders efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen sense of guest relations, and the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high standards of service.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout shifts.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Server in a nightclub or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments.
- Excellent guest relations skills to foster positive interactions with patrons.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
