Job Summary
Top Tier Carts is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our retail dealership operations and drive continued growth. This position is ideal for a results-oriented leader with a strong background in vehicle sales, customer service, and team management.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing dealership sales performance, maintaining exceptional customer relationships, managing daily sales activities, and representing Top Tier Carts at community and promotional events. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both strategic oversight and direct customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail dealership operations and sales activities.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals are achieved.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships before, during, and after the sale.
- Manage customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and oversee golf cart deliveries and customer orientations.
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales staff to achieve performance objectives.
- Attend and represent Top Tier Carts at community events, trade shows, farmers markets, food truck events, and other promotional activities.
- Maintain dealership appearance and ensure inventory is properly displayed.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports for ownership.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role required.
- Vehicle industry experience preferred (automotive, powersports, RV, marine, golf carts, etc.).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working weekends and attending scheduled events.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
- Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
