We are hiring a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to support a busy AP team in a high-volume environment. This role will work closely with the AP Manager on invoice processing, discrepancy resolution, AP close activities, and reporting/analysis.
Responsibilities:
- High invoice Processing
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Assist with AP month-end close activities
- Analyze AP transactions and identify issues
- Support ongoing AP projects and process improvements
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve payment concerns
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years Accounts Payable experience in a high-volume environment
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Experience researching and resolving invoice discrepancies
- Ability to work onsite 4 days per week
