Make an impact supporting K-12 students by providing essential speech-language services across several schools in the Ramona, CA area. This contract opportunity is designed for highly qualified Speech-Language Pathologists with proven success in school-based and pediatric settings. Multiple positions are available for the 2026-2027 school year, all full-time at 35–37.5 hours per week and itinerant between campuses, ensuring a dynamic and varied professional experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid California SLP License or CTC required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Demonstrated experience in school-based settings, including IEP development and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in supporting pediatric populations, K-12
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple locations efficiently
- Ability to adapt to different school environments and caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve a diverse K-12 student population, travelling between multiple school sites
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver speech-language therapy services
- Work closely with educators, administrators, and families to support student achievement
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
- Engage with a collaborative, supportive school team to foster student growth
