What You’ll as an Overnight Community Leader:
- Provide overnight supervision and ensure student safety
- Assist with bedtime and morning routines
- Conduct compassionate bed checks every 15 minutes
- Support crisis intervention and positive behavior reinforcement
- Engage youth in meaningful, life-relevant programming
- Document incidents and progress accurately
- Full job description provided at interview
Qualifications:
- 21+ years old
- Valid Driver’s License
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience
- Background check required
- Passion for youth development and teamwork

Founded in 2003, MPA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping adolescents rediscover their “zest for life” and succeed in the “business of life.” We provide mental health support, residential treatment, and educational services to youth who are “hard to treat” and “difficult to place.”
