Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Home Care (42 Hrs/Week)
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable registered nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for a pediatric client. This role offers consistent hours, scheduling flexibility, and long-term stability in a supportive home environment.
Hours
- Authorized Hours: 28 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications
- Conduct ongoing nursing assessments and monitor patient condition
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, and hygiene
- Support mobility, transfers, and wheelchair use as needed
- Manage evening routine (post-school care, positioning, bedtime preparation)
- Organize and maintain medical supplies
- Provide attentive, compassionate, and patient-centered care
Requirements (Required – No Exceptions)
- Active RN license (state-specific)
- Pediatric care experience REQUIRED
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work assigned schedule consistently
